What can I say, each year it gets better!

The Heart centre of the Earth and you really can feel the energy!!

A fantastic weekend which for me was much needed. A weekend to reset and realign with reflection, learning, fun, laughter, ceremonies, connection, elements, release and journeying inward ready to move forward!

I am left feeling very grateful and ready for my next steps 🌳🌬️💧🔥

Being a mum, wife, sister, daughter, auntie, and friend, can definitely feel like a juggling act sometimes!

Balance isn’t about doing it all perfectly; it’s about making room for all the parts of who we are. Our dreams, our loved ones, time to rest, and space to grow—they all matter.

It’s more about staying aware and not letting one area completely take over, so we can show up fully in every part of our lives.

Patience is always something I’ve struggled with because we live in a world where everything is instant.

Slowing down, working hard and having patience rather than expecting and demanding something instantly helps you learn about who you are.

Life isn’t a race! Slow down!

I haven’t posted myself in a while, not sure why, but
I suppose life got too busy! Time went by and everything crept up on me without me noticing. I was trying to balance too many plates and something has had to give.

Continuous self work is something I recommend and I’ve taken some this time to reevaluate my priorities, reset my boundaries and refocus on me and my family.

I tell you what…it feels fabulous when you take the time out and connect to what’s going on.

Money is needed to survive and live but not at the detriment of taking up all your time and missing the small moments of joy.

There is always money to be made but once time has gone it can’t be replaced.

Get yourself outside and walk on the grass to reground! If you can start your day like this even better but if not know you can reground at any time you need.

Each day I make sure I walk barefoot outside to reconnect, reground and realign. However, I can be found just laying on the grass at any opportunity I get!
With the sun shining there is no excuse, get outside.

Sometimes we all need to draw a line over things that have happened and walk forward to start again…….but only when you feel ready!
Remember, when it rains a butterfly stops flying to seek shelter so they don’t damage their wings. During a storm you can rest until you are ready.

When something happens I am guilty of over thinking, like I am sure we all are.
The more we think about our problems the more it consumes each of us, which in turn can cause worry!

Instead try writing down any problems you have so you can address the problems one by one without overthinking or feeling overwhelmed.

Take each step at a time and it helps you feel a little lighter.
