Having scored an absolute blinder on Tuesday night I was going to go easy on him but it’s not in my nature so 😅

Big man Dallas 💙⚔️

The Southend United forward popped into VPT off the back of a massive 4–1 win last night 💪

With a demanding run of games, he came in for a recovery session combining deep tissue massage, fire cupping, and dry needling to keep him firing.

As we roll into the new year, I’ve had a chance to reflect on everything.

The start of 2025 was one of the hardest periods I’ve ever been through. Changes in business and my personal life put real pressure on me, and there were moments I wasn’t sure how it would all play out.

But as the year went on, I found my path again. I put my head down, worked my arse off, and kept pushing forward to reach a goal. I’ve done everything I can to survive and build VPT into what it is today. I’m still just about surviving… but it’s looking positive! 🤣

I’m forever grateful to everyone who stood by me this year. Every conversation, every bit of support, every challenge. The people I’ve met, the friends I’ve made, and even the people I’ve lost have all shaped me and led me to where I am now.

2025 tested me.
2026 is The Vikings year 💙⚔️

After NDL’s incredible performance against Yanited… Poor Abbie lost the forfeit and it was only right to declare who the better Therapist is…

Which is me 💁‍♂️👀

You can literally see the hatred in her eyes 😭 She’s certainly not the first woman to look at me that way and probably won’t be the last 🤣

Jokes aside there’s a lot of love here.. we do what we do for the players and the team. Meeting people in the same industry doesn’t have to mean competition, sometimes you can have a laugh too ❤️👊
