With less than 5 months to the holiday season and the Christmas pig-out well out of the way, how are people making sure they stay on track with motivation?
Any of you got some wicked work-out tips?

Try this for an idea:

KILLER ARM AND AB CIRCUIT

15 x push ups
40 x ab bikes (20 each side)
15 x tricep dips
40 x mountain climbers (20 each leg)
15 x medicine ball squat and press
20 x leg raises with hip raise

Time the circuit for 12 minutes and off you go WITH NO REST
How many times can you do this circuit in the allotted time?

What's best to eat for breakfast?? Is a question we get asked dozens of times. Personally I don't think there is a better breakfast than this, and it does not matter if your goals are to drop body fat or gain size just adjust the portion size. Meat, eggs, avocado, almonds and a green tea.
Just some of the pros of this breakfast.
*Kick starts your metabolism
*Fires up brain function for the day
* Stabilises insulin( blood sugar) levels thus stopping cravings.
*Brilliant source of protein and fats
