We had the great pleasure of welcoming the Sweyne Singers to our care home, and their visit truly touched the hearts of our residents. The music filled the room with joy, and many of our residents sang along with smiles on their faces. Some were even moved to tears — not of sadness, but of pure happiness and fond memories brought to life through song.

Thank you so much for joining today’s relatives’ meeting. We truly value the time you gave to be with us. It was a meaningful opportunity to listen to the concerns raised, hear the feedback shared, and discuss the many helpful ideas you brought forward.

Your input is essential in helping us reflect on our daily care, celebrate the things that are working well, and identify areas where we can do even better. The ideas given today will guide us in improving daily life, communication, and making sure your loved ones continue to feel supported, safe, and valued.
