Dear Families,

Thank you so much for joining today’s relatives’ meeting. We truly value the time you gave to be with us. It was a meaningful opportunity to listen to the concerns raised, hear the feedback shared, and discuss the many helpful ideas you brought forward.

Your input is essential in helping us reflect on our daily care, celebrate the things that are working well, and identify areas where we can do even better. The ideas given today will guide us in improving daily life, communication, and making sure your loved ones continue to feel supported, safe, and valued.

We are grateful for the honest conversations, the positive suggestions, and the partnership we share with you. Working together in this way helps us ensure our home remains a warm, caring, and welcoming place for all.

We would love for you to join us on Friday, 12th September for a special get-together with your loved ones.

After enjoying our barbecue together, we’ll gather for our Relatives’ Meeting at around 1:30 pm. This is a chance to share your thoughts, hear updates, and spend time together as part of our care home family.

Your presence makes a real difference, and we warmly encourage you to come along — and bring other family members too.

We look forward to seeing you and sharing this time together.

We’re excited to invite all our lovely residents’ families to join us for a BBQ in the garden on Thursday, 12th September Friday from 12:00.

It will be a wonderful afternoon of food, laughter, and time together in the sunshine (as long as the weather behaves! 😬😬). 🌼✨
