World Mental Health Day is celebrated every year on 10 October. This year’s theme set by the World Federation of Mental Health is workplace mental health. The theme highlights the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, for the benefit of people, organisations, and communities.

Are you struggling with anxiety and/or depression?

Would you like to take part in a support group with other people struggling with similar difficulties?

Support groups can be really helpful for ourselves and the other members of the group, as it enables us to not feel alone and isolated with how we are feeling. It helps us find a sense of achievement by using our experiences to help support other people on their journey, and listening to how other people have managed their difficulties can empower us to feel like we can overcome ours.

Hope you all had a restful break, for those of you struggling with anxiety and/or depression, Trust in Counselling & Therapies will be holding counsellor led peer support groups starting on Friday 26th January 2024 and then every 2 weeks, cost is £5 per session.

So sad. It’s okay to feel grief. Sometimes we can feel like we shouldn’t feel the passing of someone we didn’t know personally, but Matthew was a huge part of a lot of people’s lives in ‘Friends’. ☹️
