Sian has done so well today , she’s been working on getting her confidence back to go back into the community - today she went to 2 shops and bought some personal items 👏👏 this afternoon she’s put the skills she’s learnt over the last few weeks into practice on a real person , so Lexi was treated to being pampered instead of supporting and a lovely job Sian has done too

EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR TEAM OF DEVELOPMENT WORKERS!

Due to the increased demand for our services, we are recruiting a development worker in the Leigh and Wigan area to support adults and children with autism and learning disabilities.

We have a 28-hour contract available.

We are looking for someone who is creative, dynamic, flexible with a ‘can do ‘attitude
You will need to have a great value base, focus on outcomes, the motivation to succeed and ability to challenge poor practice.

You will need to be able to work well as part of a team and on your own, to maintain continuity for our members that you will be supporting to access the community doing all the things they enjoy.

In return for your skills and experience we offer:
• Competitive rates of pay, starting at £ 12.21per hour increasing to £12.71per hour on the 1st of April.
• Employee recognition.
• Employee Assistance programme.
• On going training and personal development
