Today we enjoyed colouring these lovely Easter Eggs.This Friday 3rd April (good friday/bank holiday) we are having a movie afternoon with a choice of movies (with pop corn). Yes we always open on bank holidays. Looking ahead to.next week we are doing Diamond Art which is a Big Favourite.

You can also play pool or table tennis if you prefer and we always have a game of bingo with prizes.

If you've not been to the group before - No Appointment Necessary, just turn up & arrive and leave when you want. You can be reassured of a warm welcome, we are a friendly supportive group.

Today we made these lovely Easter Cards. Next week on Monday (30th March) we are couloring wooden easter eggs and on Friday 3rd April (good friday/bank holiday) we are having a movie afternoon with a choice of movies (with pop corn). Yes we always open on bank holidays.

Hi everyone. It has come to my attention that there are misleading claims that Jayson Hargreaves has not made any contributions financially to the group.

As group leader I can confirm that Jayson (acts as official treasurer) and Michelle Hargreaves as group secretary.

The group have had substantial financial contributions directly from Jayson and Michelle through crafts, activites & making monthly payments.

I hope this clears up the matter.

NEW TEMPORARY VENUE...
Hi everyone - From next week commencing Monday 16th March we will be at Spinners Mill (Park Lane, Leigh WN7 2LB). (Mondays and Fridays 1pm to 4pm). We are on the 5th Floor. Once on the 5th floor you go through the door that displays AIM NORTHWEST. There is a lift and parking is available. We will be there until the new permanent venue is ready. Thank you very much Jayson Hargreaves for arranging this at Spinners Mill.

We are still working hard to find an alternative venue. We will in the meantime be meeting up in wetherspoons leigh 1-4 on Mondays and Fridays until another permanent venue is sorted. If you know of any venues we could hire or use get in contact with us.

Due to our lack of venue thanks to the church suspending our venue hire. Some of us will be meeting up at wetherspoons leigh on Monday 1-4pm will try to sit near the door. This is a temporary fix so that the group can continue to meet. It will be free, however the staff will probably expect people to at least buy a drink. Usually you get free refills on hot drinks.
As we are in a public place there will be NO arts and crafts and NO bingo. We are looking at other places to hire a venue but most are too expensive if you know of anywhere that is reasonable contact myself or Jayson Hargreaves. we can't afford £10 an hour which is out cheapest quote so far. we would make a loss at that price.
