Today, marks World Prematurity Day👶🍼

We stand with the 1 in 10 babies worldwide who are born too soon. Premature births can mean weeks or months in the NICU, countless challenges for families, and an incredible journey of strength and hope.

✨Every preemie is a fighter
✨ Every parent is a hero
✨ Every act of awareness brings us closer to better care and support

We honour the tiniest warriors, remember those we’ve lost, and raise awareness for healthier beginnings for every child 🫶

Bullying can affect anyone, anywhere – but together, we can make a difference.

This anti-bullying week:
🗣 Speak up against bullying
🫂 Support those who are affected
🧡 Promote kindness, respect, and inclusion

Remember, small acts of empathy can change someone’s day – and sometimes, their life!

If you or someone you know is being bullied, reach out to trusted friends, family, or support organisations. You are NOT alone.

️💂🕊️🌹Lest We Forget 🌹🕊️💂

Today, we pause to honour the courage and sacrifice of the brave men and women who serviced in our armed forces. Their dedication, bravery, and resilience remind us of the true cost to freedom.

You can observe by wearing a poppy to show your respect, attend a local ceremony or moment of silence, reflect on the sacrifices made by veterans and their families and support organisations that assist veterans and service members.

Let us pause to reflect and give thanks for the bravery of those who gave so much!💝

It's Movember! And it’s all about starting conversations and taking action to acknowledge Men's Mental Health👏

💪 Prostate Cancer: 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed in their lifetime. Early detection saves lives – regular check ups are vital
💪 Testicular Cancer: Most common cancer in men aged 15-49. Know the signs and perform regular self-checks.
💪 Mental Health & Su***de Prevention: Men are less likely to seek help for mental health issues. Let’s break the stigma and encourage open conversations.

You can get involved by growing a moustache and sharing your journey online, move more, run, walk or cycle to raise funds, start conversations with friends and family about men’s health or donate to support research and support programmes.

We can make a difference – one conversation, one moustache, and one action at a time💙
