Our Talk & Talk sessions are a cornerstone of how we support men’s mental health.

By sharing stories, tools, and lived experience, we hope to inspire others and show that positive change is always possible.

As a society, we often talk about “moving on,” but sometimes it’s really about finding ourselves again.

For our November Talk and Talk session Shaun, one of our Trustees, joins us for an honest conversation about how relationships and mental health shape who we are — and how healing is a process, not a destination.

Our next Walk and Talk is on Sunday 2nd November!

We will meet up outside The Bottle House on the High Street and take a stroll along the canal, finishing at Canal Street Coffee.

The new format was a hit so we're keeping it! This means as well as a great walk, you can choose to join us for a coffee and a chat after the walk if you wish.

Remember - our group walks are open to men over the age of 18 so if you have a friend that could benefit, please send them the link to get signed up.

Thanks to everyone that joined us for our Walk and Talk on 19th October.

Excellently led by Jonathan, one of our Walk Leaders, we took a picturesque saunter around Rushmere, past the fishing lake and briefly into Heath & Reach covering a little over 4 miles.

Thankfully the weather was kind and the rain held off until just after we had completed the walk.
