You know that feeling when someone gently plays with your hair… and suddenly the whole world goes quiet? ✨
Your shoulders drop.

I’m not sure who needs to hear this…
…but there is now a place where you can lie down for 30 mins/ hour/ 90 mins while someone gently plays with your hair, scratches your scalp, traces your temples and helps your entire nervous system calm down.

HOPE – The Regulation Room is a calming, sensory-based relaxation experience designed to help overstimulated minds and bodies finally switch off.
In a world where many women spend their days holding everything together, the nervous system rarely gets the chance to fully rest. Constant stress, mental load, and overstimulation can leave the body stuck in a state of tension and alertness.
The Regulation Room was created to change that.
Through gentle, trauma-aware therapeutic touch, each session is designed to guide the body out of survival mode and into deep relaxation. Using slow, rhythmic techniques such as scalp stimulation, hair brushing, delicate tracing, and calming neck and shoulder work, the treatment encourages the nervous system to move into a parasympathetic state — the place where true rest, regulation, and restoration happen.
This is not a traditional massage and it is not therapy.
It is something in between — a sensory ritual designed to help the body feel safe, calm, and cared for.
Every session is unhurried, nurturing, and tailored to create a peaceful environment where clients can completely let go. Some people talk during their session, others simply drift into a deeply relaxed state.
Many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded, often experiencing improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and a sense of nervous system relief they didn’t realise they needed.
