We provide a variety of nationally accredited training courses that help you develop skills and an understanding of both first aid and health & safety. Would you know what to do if one of your employees, or someone close to you had a cardiac arrest? We give you the skills and confidence to be able to deal with a first aid emergency. We host open courses at our training centre in Leighton Buzzard, we can also come to you at various locations around London and the South East, Home Counties, and the Midlands. All training personnel are qualified teacher/trainers to the minimum of Level 3. They all have operational expertise in their field, ensuring top class, comprehensive training across a wide variety of industry recognised courses. Training is conducted in a friendly, approachable manner with plenty of interactivity - a formula that has led to the company's proud boast that we have never had a delegate fail any of our courses.

METT offer a range of first aid courses, defibrillation training to catastrophic First aid. Our Critical Incident Management & Awareness programme (CIMAT) trains organisations how to deal with the threat of terrorism.

We deliver health & safety courses ranging from fire safety, manual handling and risk assessment training to bespoke courses; meeting the organisation’s specific needs.
