Who wants to practice some yoga this week?
I get it. It’s cold, wet, and you probably want to stay home and watch Celebrity Traitors whilst eating Monster Munch 🤣 Believe me, I feel it too.
But I can promise you this. In the 15 years I’ve been practicing yoga I’ve never once regretted booking in to a yoga class. Never. Even if every fibre of my being has told me to stay home and eat crap on the sofa. I’ve always felt 💯 times better afterwards and it’s gotten me out of many a’ funk.
I live my yoga life by the motto:
✨You never regret attending a yoga class, you only ever regret not attending one.✨
And it really is true.
So if you’re feeling like you wanna stay home, but deep down you know that what your body, mind and soul really needs is some yoga…I got you.
Sometimes when we think we need to crash out and ‘relax’, what we actually need is space, stillness and connection. Oh and a little kick up the butt in knowing that…
🤸♀️ Movement is medicine.
🧘♀️Stillness is nourishment.
💫Connection is everything.
