Less than one week until our outdoor classes resume! Remember it’s 6pm Monday and Tuesday at astral park, 9.30 Metafit and 9.30 bootcamp both at Mentmore Park opposite the Recreation Rooms. I cannot wait to see you all!

We’re baaaack! Metafit Leighton Buzzard and all associated classes were Covid safe before this lockdown and will continue to run at this level from 2nd December. Class numbers will be reduced and although kit was thoroughly sanitised previously, there will be no shared equipment for bootcamp for the time being. Hand sanitising and one way systems in snd out of buildings also apply. Roll on next Wednesday when we can get back to what we love!!! I can’t wait to see you all. For anyone not on our WhatsApp group, please message me directly for availability 💪🏻❤️

There’s no more classes at Astral Park until further notice, but if you want your final Metafit fix then join me tomorrow (Wednesday) at 9.30 at the Recreation Rooms before the new lockdown rules kick in. Obviously I’m completely gutted, but we survived this once and will do again! 🙌🏻❤️
