The ‘talking ball’ at our groups is great for making sure that guys never feel any pressure to talk. The ball gets passed to each guy when it’s their turn to talk, if you’re not ready, simply pass it along.

You can take it all at your own pace.

Well guys it’s done!!! Blown away with the donation to the Gaza HOPE field hospital.
It really helped me focus my mind on just one more little drop of help and money into such a huge distressing catastrophe.
One more stethoscope, one more dose of medicine, one more medic on the ground helping the children and pregnant women of Gaza and the world ✊
I ran with pride and anger for the children of Palestine 🇵🇸
