Supporting independence at home

We are pleased to share an initiative designed to help individuals stay safe, confident, and independent in their own homes.
A wide range of equipment and technology is available to support daily living, improve wellbeing, and provide peace of mind for both patients and their families.

📢 Important Notice – Temporary Staffing Shortages

We’re very sorry, but due to severe staff shortages next week (27–31 October), there will be no reception available at Orleton Surgery.

This will not affect prescriptions or pre-booked appointments. If you have an appointment, please use the self check-in on arrival.

If you need to speak to someone or book a follow-up, please contact the main line on 01568 708214. We’ll answer your call as soon as possible.
