Here at ECHO we rely on fundraising and your goodwill, help and donations to provide vital support and activities for adults with disabilities locally here in Herefordshire.

There are lots of ways you can help. You could make a one-off donation, set up a monthly gift, join one of our fundraising events, take on a personal challenge like a marathon, or volunteer your time.

You can donate quickly and securely via JustGiving by scanning the QR code in the image, or by setting up a regular monthly donation.

Visit www.echoherefordshire.org.uk to find out more about our fundraising events and activities, including fire walks, golf days, duck races, cake sales and pudding events. Get involved, have fun, and help support the essential work ECHO does.

If you’re up for a challenge, we can support you to sign up and raise sponsorship for marathons, skydives and more.

Be afraid, be very afraid - not only does Thank Friday It’s Radio ECHO rise again like a full moon tomorrow, but it returns on the most chilling date of all… Friday the 13th.

(Cue theatrical music) Dun dun duuuuun…

(Cue horror sound fx) Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

If last week’s pandemonium was anything to go by, (see pictures – what are the team doing?) who knows what ghostly mischief awaits this time? Shadows shifting… doors creaking… muted microphones becoming live, Producer Nick sticking to schedule? On a day as cursed as this — if you believe in such things — anything could happen. Well, apart from the schedule thing.

If you dare to witness the unfolding chaos, tune in live on Zoom and step into the eerie energy yourself. Don’t just watch from the safety of the darkness… become part of it.

Always dreamed of taking the mic? Of letting your voice ECHO through the void?
Now is your moment.

So clutch your lucky rabbit’s foot… avoid ladders at all costs… keep your distance from any suspiciously lurking black cats… speak not of the Scottish Play… and prepare for a Friday blend of music, madness, and mysteriously unforgettable moments — spooky, chaotic, and wickedly fun.

When you start on a big project you have an idea of what you would like it to be and then work towards that. It is amazing how months later those ideas become a reality- and in this case the final version is even better than you pictured.

Welcome to the new face of the ECHO Smart Space!

Not only does it look amazing, but by working with our contractors we were able to adapt the signs from our current building that saved the charity about £1500!

This work has only been possible by the support of our funders the Eveson Trust and Clive Richards Foundation.
