Sunday 12th October 2025 RETREAT

I am hosting a special retreat day at Crossbrook Farm near Bromsgrove.

Limited to 10 people ( men and women welcome)

A day to truly un wind

Enjoyed giving these ladies small group hypnotherapy sessions yesterday at the glorious Crossbrook Farm . Each group chose to have a session on confidence, weight control or relaxation.
