If someone is struggling with something that deeply impacts their life, such as anxiety, panic or asthma, it is common to wonder if you ever CAN be relaxed, breathe easily, and stop struggling long term. Turns out you really can, more easily than you might expect. I've done it, and over the last 19 years hundreds of my clients have learned to do it too (with the shortcuts I learned in my own journey).
The process is gentle and effective, and you have support along the way. Every time you realise 'today I felt more relaxed/breathed better/needed less medication' is a very good day! And over time you stop noticing, because your life has better things to focus on.
