Mentoring and training for wellness professionals of all kinds. Jen Tiller is an ex-asthmatic (over 19 years free of symptoms and medications!) and ex-agoraphobic, a woman who has reclaimed her life and soul after trauma, chronic illness and life challenges. Also a recovering perfectionist :-) So she really understands the intensity of your experience, and your passion to heal and create a wonderful, empowered life! Jen supports your healing and empowerment with a gentle, effective tailored programme of therapy, skills training and resources. She is a skilled practitioner, with advanced training in Buteyko breathing , EFT NLP and hypnosis, Reiki, and much more. Over the last 20 years working clients she has developed her own unique programmes and healing processes. Resources include manuals, relaxation CDs, books, affirmation posters, manuals and art work by Jen. Intro and advanced breathwork training for therapists also available. Currently all sessions are via Zoom. If someone is struggling with something that deeply impacts their life, such as anxiety, panic or asthma, it is common to wonder if you ever CAN be relaxed, breathe easily, and stop struggling long term. Turns out you really can, more easily than you might expect. I've done it, and over the last 19 years hundreds of my clients have learned to do it too (with the shortcuts I learned in my own journey).

The process is gentle and effective, and you have support along the way. Every time you realise 'today I felt more relaxed/breathed better/needed less medication' is a very good day! And over time you stop noticing, because your life has better things to focus on.

Did you know most people breathe around 20-30 thousand times a day? Doing it well keeps oxygen levels, PH balance, energy availability, mobility, immune system and much more functioning as well as possible but poor breathing as a habit can have a significant impact on health increasing symptoms of chronic conditions including asthma, anxiety and high blood pressure (yes, clinically proven). Fortunately it is almost always possible to make measurable improvements, and as a result many conditions can be improved fairly quickly and the benefits maintained long term.

Delighted to announce I am restarting the Introduction to Optimal Breathing class, free! It's an interactive zoom class, and we'll be doing a breathing assessment as well as some essential exercises.

Having overcome decades of asthma, anxiety and more, I trained in everything that helped me do that, and brought the principles together. Having taught Optimal Breathing over many years to clients and health professionals alike, whether you are anxious, asthmatic, or an athletic yoga teacher, I promise you will learn something worthwhile in this call!
