There is so much information out there on menopause which can feel overwhelming, but coaching offers a more tailored approach, tuning into your issues, health, symptoms and overall goals.
I work holistically believing there are many different ways to health. As humans we do not work well with a ‘one size fits all’ approach! So looking at all different ways to achieve hormonal balance and wellness is key.
The strategies I suggest are natural, inexpensive and not ‘trending’. They are: balancing blood sugars, good nutrition, lifestyle strategies and stress management. Small consistent steps are always most successful and I thoroughly enjoy seeing women transform this way 😍
Some of my clients enjoy the level of accountability that monthly sessions provide, which in this busy world is really helpful. A monthly session to ensure they have regular space for themselves is so important! 🤗
