Breathethrough.Therapy Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage, Massage Therapy, Reflexology and Reiki

I have been working as a massage therapist for over ten years providing a wide range of therapeutic services. As a therapist I focus on providing a space for people to experience deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and relief. My approach is centered on healing through kindness, genuine interest and care to provide the highest therapeutic standards. I first qualified as a massage therapist in my home country of Greece, before taking on further training and work in Hawaii, Massachusetts and Maine, America. Most recently I have worked in London and alongside setting up my practice closer to home in Fife, I also work in Omh Therapies, Edinburgh. When you come for a session, I will create a safe, welcoming space where you will be able to relax and let go. Are you in need of a new holistic approach to healing and recovery?

This Spring I'm running a £10 discount on all one hour treatments for new clients.

The past year I have been lucky enough to meet many wonderful clients who regularly return for ongoing sessions. This year I would like to reach out to more people in the community looking for a one off session or regular treatment to manage their health and wellbeing.

I run regular sessions every Friday in the Homelands - The Paxton Centre between 11-3pm. We can also take bookings on Saturday's by appointment. Please drop me a message to chat if you'd like to learn more.

Circle Breathing is a breathing technique which helps you calm yourself in moments of anxiety, panic and stress.

1. Firstly you need to stand or sit and ground yourself so that you feel comfortable and secure
2. Breathe in slowly through your nose and count to 5
3. Breathe out slowly through your mouth and count to 5
4. Repeat this to help calm yourself
