Important update 🤍

Flow Massage is now Instagram only. I had to delete my Facebook business page along with my personal account when I stepped away from socials.

As far as I can see, Facebook Messenger for Flow should still work, so if you previously contacted me there it may still reach me — but if you have any issues, please message me here instead.

I’ll be less active in DMs going forward and mainly using Instagram for sharing videos and promotions, as intended. I’m really encouraging everyone to book via Fresha wherever possible.

✨ Fresha allows you to:
• View my live availability
• Book your own appointments
• Manage or amend bookings easily

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, which has massively reduced no-shows — so please don’t message asking me to book you in, as I’ll just direct you to Fresha anyway 🤍

I have opened up the 1st of January on my Fresha account and this is solely for competition entries.

instead of the whole "pick a number" malarkey - you will :
go onto Fresha
pick "COMPETITION" from the list of treatments (it's under massage)
click continue
Pick 1st of January ONLY as the date
pick any 15 minute full body slot from the list 8am - 8.30pm
and continue to payment.

**please note i've priced this at £40 per slot on the booking system as it'll only charge you 50% at time of booking (£20) as if i change it to £20 and take full payment at time of booking - id have to change all of my treatments to this policy too - something I don't want to do.
you will only be charged £20 nothing else.

you can enter yourself and gift your winning to someone else if you win

you can enter as a pair (still only one slot) and have one massage each alternative months (eg Sophie in Jan, Jodie in Feb and so on) and split the £20 between yourselves.

If anyone books a normal treatment on the 1st of Jan you will be contacted to reschedule as this day has only been opened for competition entries and I will most definitely not be working on new year's day 😂😄

✨✨Caroline✨✨

Struggled to know what to say since hearing of the passing of my lovely client Caroline 💔

For the best part of a year she's been coming to see me weekly, she absolutely loved her massages and always made sure I knew it, I'll always remember how she loved the sight of my treatment room every single time the door opened and her wee face lit up 🥰

She was dealt such a cruel card and fought her MND battle hard, i'm so grateful to have been able to bring her a bit of relaxation and relief during her journey x

I have almost worked myself into the ground lately, I appreciate you all so much, and this should definitely still allow for all my night time clients with plenty space for movement while still allowing me to actually have some time off ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hello!

So I thought I'd reintroduce myself and tell you a bit about me ❤️

My name is Shona, and I first was introduced to massage when I was 17 years old - I left school and had ZERO idea what I wanted to do career wise! I'm not the most academic, I couldn't think of anything worse than call centres or receptionist jobs, didn't think I was particularly great with kids, so for me it was a toss up between Hairdressing or Beauty Therapy at college. I chose Beauty and hoped for the best! As soon as the massage unit started I just fell in love with it I was obsessed with watching my tutors hands and how she moulded to the body, I felt like I enjoyed watching it more than being the one receiving it! So it was 100% meant to be!

I worked in Mcds along side college and ended up getting stuck in a rut and stayed in Mcds for TEN years and didn't do anything with my qualification!! what a waste! I'd massage friends now and again but that was it! I had not very much confidence in myself so that was a huge factor in that silly choice. anyway long story short - after about 8 years in mcds i went back to college to study for a higher qualification in Beauty- HND - which was HARD btw!! don't let anyone tell you beauty is easy coz my F**k I almost died!

After college - I finally got a job at The Fairmont, and then I moved on to The Old Course Hotel where I spent the majority of my career. I had small breaks to have a baby, I tried Gleneagles Spa , and salon work but The Old Course always felt like home. I worked my way up to Premier Therapist where I was also the in-house trainer for a short while but after being there so long, I just felt i'd gone as far as I wanted.

I love a Spa Experience and how special a treatment feels, it's not 'just a massage'. It should be an amazingly thorough massage - yes - but also a DEEP RESET button for your mind and soul.

So although I can't offer you a swim, sauna, steam room or whirlpool bath 😭😭😭😭 I can give you a bloody good massage!!! 😃 and that I promise 💝💕
