Here at Therapy Works in Windygates we offer a range of treatments and specialise in sports, remedial and deep tissue massage, treating injuries as well as a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions that can cause pain, including back and neck problems, joint problems, migraines, children's growing pains, muscle, ligament and tendon injuries. Pain can be debilitating and can affect our ability to perform everyday tasks, our mood, concentration and sleeping pattern. Pain can be caused at work, by sporting activities, wear and tear, accidents or even surgery. On-going pain in one area can soon begin to affect other parts of the body as we compensate and alter our movements. Treatment helps speed the recovery and allows us to return to normal activities. There are roadworks causing delays around:
• Leven – roadworks and traffic lights near Diageo causing long tailbacks
• Windygates – temporary lights and works expected near the train station next week
• Kennoway / A916 – planned road marking and maintenance works
• Methil / Levenmouth – various smaller works which may cause short delays
