Here at Therapy Works in Windygates we offer a range of treatments and specialise in sports, remedial and deep tissue massage, treating injuries as well as a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions that can cause pain, including back and neck problems, joint problems, migraines, children's growing pains, muscle, ligament and tendon injuries. Pain can be debilitating and can affect our ability to perform everyday tasks, our mood, concentration and sleeping pattern. Pain can be caused at work, by sporting activities, wear and tear, accidents or even surgery. On-going pain in one area can soon begin to affect other parts of the body as we compensate and alter our movements. Treatment helps speed the recovery and allows us to return to normal activities. The following conditions are amongst many which we treat: -

• Arthritis & Rheumatism
• Arm & Hand Pain
• Back Pain
• Digestive Disorders
• Elbow Pain
• Foot Pain
• Hand & Wrist Pain
• Headaches
• Hip Pain
• Knee Pain
• Neck Pain
• Shoulder Pain
• Stress
• Upper and Lower Leg

Each case is assessed and considered on an individual basis and suitable rehabilitation advice offered.
