On the leven Rejuvenate shops 2 YEAR anniversary ♥️

We’ve got some exciting updates to share with you all!

As of 1st March, RCT Training Academy will be based within Rejuvenate in Leven, meaning everything will now be under one roof, all treatments and training in one place.

Updated schedules for me from 1st March im no longer working a Tuesday it will be a Monday.

👣 Why are some spots on your feet tender during reflexology?

Why I Love Clinical Reflexology

Clinical reflexology is one of those therapies that never stops amazing me.

On the surface, it looks gentle, focused work on the feet but what’s happening beneath is incredibly powerful. Every session reminds me why I fell in love with this work in the first place.

For the mind:
Reflexology helps calm the nervous system, quiet mental overload, and bring the body out of “fight or flight.” Clients often tell me their mind finally switches off, sometimes for the first time in weeks.

For the body:
By working specific reflex points, reflexology supports the body’s own healing processes, encourages balance, and helps reduce tension and stress held deep within the system. It’s subtle, yet deeply effective.
