As a Care at Home carer, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Requirements of the positions:-
- A driver's license and use of a car is essential due to the nature of the work.
- A genuine passion for caring for others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Right to work in the UK. Please note:- we do not hold a sponsor licence therefore we cannot offer a certificate of sponsorship (CoS)

It has been a very busy and at times emotional day as we said goodbye to 2 members of our senior team. Between them they had 28 years service to Gibson Care and for that we are very grateful. We have had many laughs and tough times but always looked out for each other. Helen has been a Gibson girl since March 2008 and has now retired. Andrea has been with us since 2010 and is moving on to an NHS position. Happy retirement Helen and wish you well in your new job Andrea. Love from Ingrid, Nikki, Tracy, Corrie, Debby, Sammie and Karen and all the care team 🥰

SENIOR CARERS (HOMECARE) REQUIRED

Gibson Training & Care are a leading care provider in Fife, we ensure our care team is trained well and fully supported to provide a high standard of individualised care to our service users.

Vacancies have arisen in the organisation for the role of Senior Carer. The organisation are looking to recruit 3 people full time (35 hours) although part time working will be considered.
On call is a requirement of the position and is part of the contract.
Essential:-
· Previous home care experience/ care experience (minimum 1 year)
· Driving license with use of own vehicle
· SVQ Level 2
Desirable:-
· Experience of delivering training
· Basic computer skills as we use scheduling software and most records are produced on Word and stored electronically
· SVQ Level 3 & PDA supervision
