Have you or your family or friends had trouble getting to healthcare appointments using non-urgent patient transport❓
👂Healthwatch North Yorkshire want to hear from you! They listen to people’s experiences to help improve local health and care services.
💷They know NHS demand and transport costs are rising, and some people may no longer qualify for patient transport. This could mean delays or missing out on care.
👩‍💻To understand this better, they’ve made a short survey. Your answers will go straight to the people who make decisions about patient transport in North Yorkshire and York.

Leyburn Medical Practice's Patient Participation Group’s AGM will be held on Wednesday 17th Sept 2025 at 6:30pm in Reception at LMP - all patients are welcome.
The AGM will include a presentation from Alicia Rose from Healthwatch on "Ploughing Through Barriers", examining the unique challenges faced by North Yorkshire’s farming community.

We’re pleased to let you know that the NHS Breast Screening Team will be visiting Leyburn from August to November 2025.

Women and people assigned female at birth aged 50 to 70 will receive a letter inviting them to attend.
