It’s about building friendships, sharing moments, and making memories that last, while supporting families every step of the way💚 Activate With Andy is a small business that is based around working with both children and adults on wellbeing, health and fitness. I run groups and activities for children and parents, a lot of this focussing on children's movement. I also run children's parties, after school clubs and holiday clubs. During the night I run adults fitness classes to focus on their own health and fitness. I am really passionate about what I do and making a difference and a positive impact on children and adults lives.

What a lovely time we’ve had at our Active Babies group! The little ones enjoyed exploring lots of toys, splashing around in the ball pool, and having fun on the soft play.

We also got creative and made some adorable Easter chick cards for our mummies and daddies, followed by a lovely singing session to finish.

Just a reminder that we will be closed next Friday for the bank holiday, and we look forward to seeing you all again the week after!

FULLY BOOKED Active tots today ❤️

Thank you so much to everyone who joined us this morning. We had another fully booked group, lots of returning families and some brand new families. Thank you! 🙏🏻 we hope everyone had as much fun as I did today.

Next week it’s Good Friday, so we are closed for the day but we will be back to normal the following Friday.

It’s half term the next 2 weeks and we are still open as usual apart from Good Friday and the bank holiday Monday. We would love to see all our groups full. Older siblings welcome.

🌈 Rainbow Runners had a fab session today!

We started off with a fun warm-up before jumping into some of our favourite parachute songs and games. The children had a brilliant time playing popcorn, diving for treasure, and zooming all the way to the moon 🚀

⭐ Star of the Week goes to Matilda! ⭐
It was her first parachute session with us, and she did absolutely amazing. She was fantastic at collecting the ‘popcorn’ and showed brilliant listening skills as she followed instructions in every activity.

Well done, Matilda – we loved having you with us! 🌈

🚨SMASHING IT!!

Another amazing session of Mini athletes this morning at St Catherine’s primary school Leyland. Everyone always works so well as a team, put everything into the races and we can never finish a session without playing with the parachute.

Well done everyone. A special well done to Gabriel who is this weeks star of the week. Gabriel has literally been attending this group since he was tiny, watching his sister take part. Now he is absolutely crushing is every week and he is sooooooo Fast!!!

Today was so much fun ❤️

What a fantastic session today, the children enjoyed playing with the new hair salon toys, sensory play mark making with shaving foam and cling film and making iguanas 🦎 for their art work today.

Today we grapes, apples and brioche for snack time and finished off with a bit of dancing. We love this group, it’s such a relaxed fun and friendly group for all children, parents and grandparents.

We go again tomorrow morning at Walmer bridge village hall. 🎉
