It’s about building friendships, sharing moments, and making memories that last, while supporting families every step of the way💚 Activate With Andy is a small business that is based around working with both children and adults on wellbeing, health and fitness. I run groups and activities for children and parents, a lot of this focussing on children's movement. I also run children's parties, after school clubs and holiday clubs. During the night I run adults fitness classes to focus on their own health and fitness. I am really passionate about what I do and making a difference and a positive impact on children and adults lives.

⭐️ Mini Athletes Leyland ⭐️

Today’s star of the week was a joint win, with Teddy and Gabriel.

Teddy was brand new today and did an Unbelievable job, his listening skills, participation and dedication to everything was amazing.
Gabriel has been a long standing mini athlete at our Leyland session since before he was 2, and today I asked him to help demonstrate and help to show the games to all our newbies and he did that so well. (As well as winning every race….he’s sooooooo fast 😂)

We now have TWO groups running on a Friday morning and I can’t wait for another brilliant end to the week 🙌

This week is my first week running the group by myself, so I would absolutely LOVE to see a full group and lots of energy in the room 💪💙

As I mentioned last week, because I’m on my own, any help packing away at the end would be hugely appreciated. We need to make sure everything is cleared away ready for the school dinner set up — thank you in advance for your support 🙌

Great to see an almost fully booked Active Beats session today! 🎶💃

We were joined by our lovely regulars as well as some wonderful new faces. I absolutely love running this group and watching the children have so much fun while staying active.

Our sessions support improved coordination, balance, and fine and gross motor skills. They also help develop listening skills and boost confidence — all through the power of music and movement.

⭐ Star of the Week: Alfie ⭐
Week by week we have seen Alfie’s confidence grow, and he is now starting to independently join in with the songs and games — such lovely progress to see!

What a fantastic session we had today at Mini Athletes! The energy, smiles and effort from all the children were absolutely brilliant 🙌

We worked on running, ball control, coordination and teamwork through lots of fun, action-packed games – and every single child gave it their all 💪⚽

⭐ Star of the Week – Hattie! ⭐
A huge well done to Hattie today! She came in so excited, showed AMAZING listening skills and took part in every single game with confidence and enthusiasm. Her effort and attitude were outstanding – we’re so proud of you! 👏💫

These sessions aren’t just about sport – they’re about building confidence, developing key motor skills, learning to listen and follow instructions, and most importantly… having fun!
