✨ Update on Layla & Max ✨

Thank you all so much for your calls, messages and for sharing our post.
Your kindness and support have been truly overwhelming.

We’re delighted to share the wonderful news that Layla and Max have now found their forever home. 🐶🐶❤️

Their new family are ready to give them all the love and stability they deserve, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Thank you again to everyone who helped spread the word — it made all the difference. 💛

💔 Looking for a Loving Home – Layla & Max 💔

We are deeply saddened to share that a much-loved husband and wife recently passed away within just a few of weeks of each other. Their family are now facing the heartbreaking task of finding a new forever home for their two beautiful dogs.

🐾 Layla & Max – both 9 years old

• A bonded pair, so they must be rehomed together
• Max is castrated, Layla is not
• Gentle, loving, and looking for stability, comfort, and kindness

Their family want nothing more than to honour their owners’ memory by ensuring these two are welcomed into a safe, caring home.

As the festive season approaches, we understand how important it is to take time to remember and honour our loved ones.

📍 St James’ Church, Slater Lane, Leyland

The service offers a gentle space for reflection, comfort, and remembrance during this time of year.
Following the service, refreshments will be served, and there will be a raffle in aid of the church roof appeal.

✨ All are welcome — whether you’re attending in memory of someone special or simply seeking a moment of peace this season.

We are a dedicated and compassionate funeral service provider, committed to supporting families with dignity, respect, and care during their most difficult times. Our team prides itself on professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Funeral Director to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and arranging funeral services, ensuring that families receive the highest level of support and guidance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
•Meeting with families to discuss and arrange funeral services in line with their wishes
•Coordinating and directing funeral ceremonies with care and professionalism
•Liaising with clergy, celebrants, cemeteries, crematoria, and other service providers
•Supervising and supporting staff to deliver seamless funeral services
•Managing logistical arrangements, including vehicles, staff schedules, and documentation
•Ensuring compliance with all legal, health & safety, and industry regulations
• Being part of an on call rota (one week in six)

About You:
Previous experience as a Funeral Director is essential.
Compassionate, professional, and approachable manner
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and discretion
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A full UK driving licence
