Centaur Training Services was founded in 2003, by Rose Watkins, who has effectively built the company into a very successful enterprise, putting teaching and learning at the heart of everything we do. Constantly striving to ensure we give best value, best practice in all business activities. We are constantly updating training material to ensure it is current within European/UK guidelines. All courses are delivered to an extremely high standard; all trainers are specialist in their own fields, with the majority of them being emergency service/healthcare professionals. Their up-to-date, everyday life experience/underpinning core-knowledge means they are able to relate to real scenarios, bringing realism into the classroom, thus giving it credibility. Training is delivered in an enjoyable professional manner, making learning fun, easily understood and show how skills learnt can be applied in the real world outside the classroom, giving confidence in dealing with any situation students may come across. Courses can be split into smaller sessions, delivered in-house (subject to suitable training area), at times to suit individual or company needs.

If you’re a car owner, antifreeze and screenwash are winter essentials. But, both are highly poisonous to children.

And accidental poisoning can happen in an instant, even if you’re there but have been distracted momentarily.

So keep them well out of children’s reach. And, to put children off swallowing things they shouldn’t, look out for products that contain a bittering agent, such as Bitrex

Don’t over-stretch as you may hurt yourself or knock something over. Use a stool if you need to.

For example Mistletoe is poisonous when ingested as its berries contain toxic proteins that slow the heart rate and can cause hallucinations.
