JP Counselling Services Counselling and CBT services available from a qualified and experienced Counselling and CBT Therapist Free 30 minute no obligation consultation.

Counselling and CBT Services provided in a relaxed and welcoming environment by Julie Payler BSc (Hons), MBACP(Accred) a qualified and experienced Counselling and CBT Therapist. I can help with the following:-

- Bereavement
- Loss
- Low self esteem
- Relationship problems
- Domestic Violence
- Physical/Sexual Abuse
- Panic
- Social Phobia
- Stress

I work with both Men and Women aged 18+. I currently work with a number of Leading Well-being organisations and also undertake Private work for clients across the UK and internationally. I have previously worked in a university setting providing Counselling and Psychotherapy for Staff Members across the University and worked in the NHS Primary Care Service in a busy Medical Centre undertaking Counselling and CBT Therapy for patients with a variety of presenting issues and needs. Sessions Fees for Counselling and CBT: £40 - £50 per hour. Discounts are available for students and counselling students. Evening Appointments are available upon request, subject to availability.

I’d just like to share that I’m over the moon to let you all know that I’ve passed my Masters degree with a high merit after a challenging few years.
The course covered all aspects of safeguarding with my specific research undertaken on “Behind closed doors: The unexpected abuser”. If anyone is interested in finding out more about this, drop me a pm and I’ll be happy to share my research. 🎓👩🏼‍🎓
