Remembrance Sunday is a time to pause, reflect, and honour those who gave their lives so we could live in peace and freedom. 🌺

As we see worrying signs of division and the rise of fascism in the UK and other parts of the world today, it’s more important than ever to remember the lessons of the past. Hatred and fear only ever bring suffering, kindness and understanding are what build peace.

Let’s honour their memory not just in silence, but in how we treat each other every day.

I’ve been weight training for 3 months, not exactly my favourite thing to do πŸ˜… but I know it’s so good for me! Strength training isn’t just about building muscle, it really helps with mental health, reducing stress, boosting mood, and improving sleep. 🧠✨
