Meet Bethany & Nathan – aka Sara’s children… or should we say her minions? 😏
Let’s rewind to where it all began…
The Year: 2019
Picture this. Sara’s sat on the sofa at home, head in her hands saying, “Arhhh these rotas!”
Nathan, full of confidence and clearly unaware of what he was volunteering for, replies,
“It can’t be that hard… let me have a look.”
And just like that… everything changed.
By 9am the very next morning, Nathan was in the office. What started as a quick favour turned into a full-time responsibility — and before he knew it, he had officially become Rota Coordinator.
But Nathan didn’t just “do” the rotas. He took ownership. He organised, streamlined, and built structure. He improved communication, strengthened systems, and brought a calm head to what can sometimes be a very fast-paced environment.
As time went on, he built a strong and positive relationship with the local council, helping strengthen partnerships and ensure everything ran smoothly. His confidence grew, his ideas grew even bigger, and he soon stepped into recruitment — helping bring new talent into the business and shaping the team for the future.
Fast forward to today, and Nathan is now our Business Development Manager 👏
He’s focused on growth, opportunities, new partnerships, and pushing the business forward. Always thinking ahead, always full of ideas, and always looking at the bigger picture — not bad for someone who just wanted to “have a look” at the rotas!

Now… let’s talk about Bethany.
Our Accounts Manager didn’t start her journey in the office. Beths started where many of our team do — out in the field. She worked 6 days a week… sometimes even 7. Long shifts, early mornings, late finishes — she’s done it all.
That experience gave her something invaluable: real understanding. She knows the service inside out because she’s delivered it herself.
Over time, Bethany began taking an interest in the accounts side of the business. The organisation, the numbers, the behind-the-scenes running of everything — it caught her attention. She asked questions, learned bit by bit, and showed genuine interest in developing her skills.
When the opportunity came up to move into the office as Accounts Manager, she grabbed it with both hands. And she hasn’t looked back since.
Beth brings the same work ethic and dedication into accounts that she had in the field. She understands the staff, understands the pressures, and balances that perfectly with keeping everything financially on track.
And she’s not stopping there… Bethany is currently studying towards her Level 4 AAT qualification at college 📚👏
Committed to learning, growing, and developing herself even further — because average just isn’t her style.

From sofa conversations to leadership roles…
Bethany and Nathan are a huge part of the heart, drive, and future of Executive Carers 💙
Started from the field and the sofa… now they’re helping lead the way.
Watch this space — they’re only just getting started. 🚀
