Don’t just take my word for it - read these lovely words sent to me over many classes and circles, that may resonate and inspire those hearing the call to step into their own dance journey, which may include trepidation and resistance to showing up.

My dance journey did.

It took me eight months from discovering 5Rhythms to finding the courage to experience it in person at class in Stirchley, forever grateful for that space ❤️

T’was thick as pea soup today as we made our way to the Nine Sisters stone circle for solstice singing. From there, we wandered on to Rowton Rocks, reeling off a few favourite chants inside the caves (even managed a selfie in the cave!). So peaceful round that way, worth a trip if you’re localish. ❤️
