T’was thick as pea soup today as we made our way to the Nine Sisters stone circle for solstice singing. From there, we wandered on to Rowton Rocks, reeling off a few favourite chants inside the caves (even managed a selfie in the cave!). So peaceful round that way, worth a trip if you’re localish. ❤️

Beginning Tuesday the 6th of January, a brand new 5 week women’s closed group where we will gather at an intimate, held space near Lichfield and explore what’s moving beneath the surface.

We’ll work with the 5Rhythms, flowing to reconnect with what nourishes us, staccato to shape and name what’s been waiting, chaos to shake loose the old stories and lyrical to lift what feels light and true and stillness to let clarity settle.

Grateful for a few days in the caravan exploring old sites in the Peak District. We visited Minninglow and Arbor Low with its henge and burial mound. I find such peace at these old sites where our ancestors once gathered. Such beauty in this wild land and just a stones throw from home.
