You don’t need the right words.
You don’t need to have all the answers.
Sometimes, just saying “I’m not okay” or “Can we talk?” is enough. 🌿
Talking about how we feel can:
✨ Reduce isolation
✨ Break down stigma
✨ Help us feel heard and understood
✨ Encourage support and connection
And if talking feels hard right now, that’s okay too.
Listening, texting, writing, or simply sitting with someone can be just as meaningful.
Let’s keep creating spaces where mental health conversations are met with kindness, patience, and compassion — today and every day.
