The festive season can be joyful โ€” but it can also feel overwhelming, lonely, or emotionally heavy.

Mothers day can be very difficult for lots of people. Some get to spend time with their mum, some wish they could spend time with her, some long to feel what it's like to be a mum, and some have never known their mum.
Everyone will experience mothers day differently. If all you can do is wait for the day to be over, be gentle, be kind to yourself, and I hope tomorrow is easier than today.
