Keeping busy is good for the mind body and soul,
Our stowe mounters enjoyed our trip out to marks and Spencers lots of Christmas shopping with 2 of our lovely residents giving out acts of kindness bags
Followed by a day of exercising working off all those mince pies from our light switch on.

An afternoon relaxing….So some of our residents wanted to watch a little bit of action✈️ mixed with a little romance 🥰 … so who better than Tom cruise??…. With drinks and nibbles in our cinema room … ❤️💙
