🍦 Where are my summer due daters at?! 🍦

If you’re welcoming your little one in June/July, books are open (& filling fast!!) for May’s course which will start on 13th May and suit late June/July due dates.

As a guide, most people are now securing their spots before they’re 20 weeks which means lots of enquirers past that point are sadly too late 😔 (always worth an ask, though 😉)

🐑 🌷 M A Y 🌷 🐑

I’m currently taking bookings for May’s courses 🙌🏼 These will start on Wednesday 13th May and run for 4 consecutive Wednesday evenings at the private rooms at Brewhouse & kitchen in Lichfield centre 🍻

April was the fasting filling course to date, so whilst May has plenty of availability at the moment please get in touch with plenty of warning if you’re due in late June or July. I absolutely hate to disappoint when courses are fully booked ❌

🎄 Merry Twixmas, everyone! 🎄

After a Christmas filled with family time (& a not-so-glamorous bout of flu thrown in for good measure!) I just wanted to say the biggest “THANK YOU” to everyone who’s joined a course, passed my name on to a friend, or simply shared a little Little Stork love this year ❤️

It’s been such a joy, as always, to meet so many incredible couples and be part of their journeys as they welcomed their babies throughout 2025 (and to those still waiting patiently — the countdown is on!) 👀 🤰🏽

What means the most to me are the friendships that grow along the way — watching the support, connection and community blossom never gets old and truly is the magic ✨

Here’s to seeing what 2026 has in store! 🫧🤍

Dates? Red raspberry leaf? Curry? Curb walking? S*x?!

What reeeeaaalllyyy works to get those natural birth hormones going?

Spoiler alert 🚨no one really knows for absolute sure, because Mother Nature is a Wiley old bird and she likes to keep some mystique to things. BUT we do know that we need Oxytocin (love hormone) abundantly, with a little helping hand from its friends Endorphins and melatonin. So what can you actually do?

✨ PROTECT THOSE HORMONES ✨

As your due date approaches, firstly take the pressure off- don’t fixate on that “date” as it’s counterintuitive to build pressure on that one day. Think of it as a due window 🪟 and just relax 🧘‍♀️

Surround yourself with people who allow you to feel calm and relaxed. Your body is sensitive to stress and angst, so if you’re around people who make you feel anxious/edgy/nervous, make excuses to give them a wide birth (no pun intended!) whilst you’re trying to get into the birthing headspace. You need to feel nurtured, safe and peaceful 😌

Create a cosy, safe and calm environment, Christmassy films, twinkling lights, minimal disturbances and just lean into the birthing headspace ✌🏼

💛 M E E T Y O U R T R I B E 💛

I think my favourite part of teaching my classes (aside from the thecakespa goodies, of course!) has to be the tribes it creates 🧩

Watching people go from nervous strangers, to new friends, to sharing the most transformative experience into parenthood is THE best!

Within the last few weeks alone I’ve had messages from Little Stork graduates at pub quizzes together, going to post birth yoga classes, meeting at the pub with partners and babes in tow… and that’s aside from the middle of the night WhatsApp check ins and messages of solidarity 🙌🏼

They say it takes a village- and it truly does! I’m so honoured to play a small part in bringing people together to find theirs 🤍🙌🏼♥️
