No posts of my squat attempts since the 5th of January!
Now I’ve completed the push-ups challenge I can get back to some sort of normality.
Squats:
140kg x 3
100kg x 10
150kg x 3
155kg x 2
100kg x 10.
Plus some dodgy pull-ups. Since the shoulder surgery in Feb 2023 I haven’t done pull-ups or push-ups. They just felt rubbish. January showed me I can still do push-ups. I now want to get my pull-ups back…
