Our brains process something like 74gb of information in the space of a day. Alongside perhaps a meditation practice (etc), balancing this load can be helped with the power of touch.
A positive message of "I am safe" can be done through the magical healing power of touch. One of the first senses to develop after birth, from the very start of our life, touch is our way through our experience and development. To slow down and allow a safe touch boosts oxytocin, reduces stress hormones, blood pressure too! It can cause a reduction in pain and boost your immune system! How incredible and worthwhile.
Not to mention it's way more reliable and wholesome than your instagram feed ;)
