Leading provider of Physiotherapy led Pilates in the Roe Valley and surrounding area. Based on the APPI method. Physiotherapy treatment also available.

Pilates is a mind body exercise aimed at increasing strength, flexibility and control of the body. It does this by targeting the deep abdominal muscles close to the spine which provide stability and improve posture and alignment. It's suitable for men and women of all ages/ abilities and is used to treat many musculoskeletal conditions and improve overall Well-being. Naomi McConway (Patterson) is a Chartered Physiotherapist with many years experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. She has completed all her pilates matwork training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) to become a Fully Certified matwork instructor and has been taking classes for 6 years

Classes are small and individual instruction is given as required.

Thanks to Francis from for a fun morning of posing 🤣(totally out of my comfort zone!!). I didn't know what to expect but Francis had loads of ideas and made me feel so at ease and relaxed.
