CALMS will be holding a "Living With Trauma" workshop to explore the impact of trauma on your mind and body, and how to connect with yourself and find peace.
This workshop is led by Alison Moffett. Please remember to bring a blanket along with you!
This will be held at the CALMS office on Friday 27th March and 17th April from 10:30am to 12:30pm. Let us know which day you'd like to attend, as the content is the same on both days.
