Question:

Would anyone be interested in attending one intermediate/advanced yoga class on the timetable?

Like other classes I run, there would be plenty of options and levels for all attending, but the difference being that we focus on more advanced final poses (eg: arm balances, inversions, backbends, or deeper hip opening).
