Ruckland Court Care Home Ruckland Court Care Home offers residential and dementia care on the Ermine Estate in Lincoln.

Ruckland Court Care Home in Lincoln provides residential, dementia care and short-stay respite care for convalescing. Our friendly staff team get to know each person individually providing 24-hour person-centred care. Our recently refurbished care home has sixty-two en-suite bedrooms, facilities include our Coffee Club cafe, entertainment suite, Dambusters Arms pub and hair salon. The wellbeing team provide daily activities and facilitates day trips and outings.

Wedding day reminisce. The residents designed their dream and actual wedding dress, cake and bouquet. This promoted Wendy to show her wedding album, Wendy had beautiful lily of the valley flowers draping out of a white bible for her bouquet. Barbara remembered having a sweet pea bouquet and her wedding dress was made by her cousin. Brenda met her George whilst he was rollerskating she said “ he’s a bit of alright”. Judy’s daughter kindly showed us a gorgeous photo of Judy and her husband on their wedding day. Judith met her future husband whilst on holiday he asked her on a date there and then. Husband and wife, Keith and Peta remembered having a delicious fruit cake which they were told you were supposed to save the top layer of cake for the future christening but Keith secretly ate it.

Our Story

Situated in the North of Lincoln on the Ermine Estate, Ruckland Court provides personalised care and support in a quiet residential area. Close to A15 and Lincoln bypass, the home has excellent transport links. Designed especially for people looking for both comfort and independence, Ruckland Court is also connected to an adjoining Social Outreach Centre, which provides a hair salon, activities, library, shop and chiropodist. Care is provided with 41 single and 6 double self contained flats on the ground and first floor, carefully thought out so that every individual resident can maintain a high level of independence. Each flat comprises of a personal lounge, fitted kitchen, private W.C, hand basin, shower and bed area with built in cupboard. Opportunity is given to personalise the flat with your own furniture. The home is wheelchair, complete with a passenger lift to the first floor. The gardens are all well maintained with lots of outdoor space for residents and families to enjoy.
