We are thrilled to have been asked by the lovely Keith Spurr from SHEAC to run our Mind & Body Programme as a taster afternoon for the lovely people of Stamford on Friday 5 July 1.00 - 4.30 at the Stamford Arts Centre

If you know anyone who lives within travelling distance of Stamford and would enjoy an afternoon learning about fabulous Health & Wellness tips and techniques please let them know, no need to register they just need to show up.

Our line up includes my business partner Amanda Whitehead , the fabulous Rosalyn Palmer the lovely Peter Ison and myself. A wonderful mix of personalities and huge amount of talent and expertise oh and me.

It's market day in Stamford so why not make a day of it.
