This is a guided three hour reset for women who are capable on the outside but exhausted underneath.
Through silent coaching, breathwork, guided meditation and structured reflection, you’ll create the space that chronic stress has been stealing.

“Holistic wellbeing” gets used a lot.

For us, it means:
🧠 Mind – mindset, resilience, reflection
❤️ Emotions - joy, anger, fear, jealousy
💪 Body – sleep, movement, nutrition, breath
🌿 Environment – routines, relationships, space
🎯 Purpose – goals, confidence, direction

Not perfection.
Not pressure.

Just understanding how the pieces fit together—and choosing where to start.

What I learned?

Most people already know what they should do.

What they need is:
• permission to slow down
• space to think
• support to try
• someone to believe in them

That insight shaped everything we do at The Wellness Network CIC.

Education matters.
But belief + community + structure is what unlocks change.
