My number one tip...SPF & water Intake!

When COVID hit, I made a decision to start applying suncream every day even in the winter & even if I wasn't leaving the house...the difference has been insane! In this photo I'm wearing mascara, brow pencil & a little blush but nothing on my skin & no filter! I mean pinks are a great colour for me but no doubt daily SPF has been a game changer!

The recommended amount is 2 fingers worth, reapplied when needed but really, just start...a basic SPF with UVA & UVB protection will have your skin thanking you 🥳
