When it was ready to share, I realised how much the perception of content has changed through the lens of ChatGPT and how often real creative work is no longer seen as genuine effort 🙄

I’d like to let you know that the number of working days in September will be limited.

The working weekends this month will only be on 13–14 and 20–21 September.
For those who can come only on weekends, please make sure you have secured your booking.

If you’re thinking of starting a massage course, or getting back into the lovely routine of our sessions, please let me know your plans in advance so I can keep some time especially for you.

How to check posture using photos 📸

✔️Take 3 photos – front, side and back, standing naturally.
✔️Check the shoulders – are they level, or is one higher?
✔️Look at the head & neck – do they lean forward or tilt to one side?
✔️See the spine line – from the back, it should look straight and not curve sideways.
✔️Check the waist & hips – is one side higher or more curved?

Sometimes photos show little imbalances: a shoulder higher than the other, a head leaning forward, a waist line out of symmetry.
⚠️Don’t ignore these small signs.

⬇️ 5 steps if you notice your back isn’t straight ⬇️

1️⃣ Move more – add short breaks every hour to stretch and walk.
2️⃣ Strengthen your core & back – simple exercises like planks or “superman” help a lot.
3️⃣ Stretch the chest & shoulders – open up the front of the body to release tension.
4️⃣ Check your workspace – keep your screen at eye level and feet flat on the floor.
5️⃣ Book a massage – release muscle tightness and support your posture naturally.

Today, I’d like to share a wonderful mid-treatment result from working with a 12-year-old boy.

We’ve found a routine that works well for his school schedule: one session a week, 30 minutes each.

In the photo, you can see the progress after just 8 sessions. A lovely mid-point result.

For me, seeing the difference step by step is always inspiring 💚
⬇️ Here’s a bit more detail about the transformations we’ve seen so far:

✨ Straighter back
✨ Balanced waist & torso
✨ Chest more open
✨ Posture freer & lighter
