The more life teaches you, the more you realise just how true this is. We don’t just spend time with people, we absorb their habits, their beliefs, their energy… and their limits too.
You genuinely become the average of who you surround yourself with.
And often, it’s only when you reflect that you see how deeply you were shaped.
For example, at university, the environment was built around nights out, drinking and “living for the moment.” It felt normal, because everyone around me lived in the same rhythm.
But over time, through personal growth and our work at WellGen, I’ve learned something deeper:
