We would just like to say how grateful we are to have someone as great as Ruth in the centre. We are so proud of how far you have come! It has been a pleasure to be a part of your journey and we look forward to seeing all that achieve in the future🧡

'I cannot recommend Sophie and everyone at Epoch enough. Sophie has made a huge difference to my life. From being in constant pain and having to roll out of bed in the morning I can now get up like a 'normal' person! I can look behind when reversing my car without pain. This has impacted on my overall wellbeing and improved my mental health and quality of life. I just wish I had made that appointment sooner. So if you are uncertain, just give them a call. I can't thank them enough for the positive impact on my life.'
