This week Bill is encouraging us to dance like no one is watching.

The benefits of dancing stretch far beyond simple movement. It can:
- Improve heart health by stimulating your cardiovascular system
- Reduce stress and anxiety by lowering cortisol (the stress hormone) and increasing dopamine and serotonin (the feel-good chemicals)
- Strengthen neural connections through rhythm, coordination, and improvisation — supporting a healthier nervous system

And perhaps most importantly, it reminds us that movement doesn’t have to feel like a chore.

'Epoch is more than a chiropractor. Each and every member of staff is warm and friendly make you are friends, they are always happy to see you they go above and beyond to help. I’ve been seeing Sophie for 8 weeks now and she has worked wonders on my posture and bones. When I first arrived I had pain in my legs, hips back and neck. My neck was most severe would lock when I’d be at work. I now only have a slight pain in my neck. Going to epoch has really changed my life I’m now 99% pain free and for once I have a normal sleep pattern. I wish I’d found them sooner.'
