Need to say happy birthday to this one! My husband for 32 years and during that time he has always supported me in whatever I have chosen to do - teacher, stay-at-home mum, pre-school assistant, SENCo, student, reflexologist. I gave up a secure job to set up my own business and he did nothing but encourage me. I appreciate that more than he knows. Happy birthday Matt 🥰 ❤️ ❤️

This lovely person started coming for foot reflexology in June 2022. Today she came for her 50th session. It’s loyal clients like these who have supported me on my business journey that allow me to do the job I love. I will never not appreciate the support of all these wonderful people. Here I am in sunny/cloudy Scarborough with the hubby. Arrived yesterday lunchtime and back to Lincoln tonight ready for both of us to go to work on Monday. We’ve had a tricky few months with lots going on and we needed a break, just the two of us. I talk about self-care all the time with clients, sometimes I even take my own advice! Look after yourself people, recognise when you’re running on empty and think about what you can do to top up those reserves. See you all soon ❤️
