Finished for half term and off to Newcastle to spend a few days with the hubby. As the children grow older, we are making the effort to do things together as Matt and Caroline, not just mum and dad! Merry Christmas and thank you! I’ve now finished in the treatment room for 2025 and as I begin my Christmas break, I just wanted to say how much I appreciate all your support this year, whether it’s visiting me as a client, liking or sharing my posts or recommending me to others. I’ll be back on Tuesday 6th January after spending time with family and friends, eating (too much), watching Christmas films and staying up (too late) reading my Kindle! 🤣 I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas break and manage to rest, relax and recharge. Whether that be a walk in nature, visiting a local attraction or meeting with friends, find something that lifts your mood.
