Merry Christmas and thank you! I’ve now finished in the treatment room for 2025 and as I begin my Christmas break, I just wanted to say how much I appreciate all your support this year, whether it’s visiting me as a client, liking or sharing my posts or recommending me to others. I’ll be back on Tuesday 6th January after spending time with family and friends, eating (too much), watching Christmas films and staying up (too late) reading my Kindle! 🤣 I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas break and manage to rest, relax and recharge. Today’s tip! Get out in the fresh air and find something to do locally that makes you appreciate what you have, amongst the madness and busyness of Christmas! Whether that be a walk in nature, visiting a local attraction or meeting with friends, find something that lifts your mood. This is me and my hubby visiting Lincoln Castle Illuminated, a fabulous event and evening!

Grounding yourself when you’re getting increasingly anxious by noticing what’s around you can be so helpful. Try it if you haven’t before and let me know how you get on
