⚡ Step outside and breathe REAL air
⚡ Move your body for 60 seconds (star jumps count, even just shaking your body, don’t overthink it)
⚡ One honest check-in, ask yourself, what do you truly need right now?
Your body’s not the enemy, it’s communicating. You just have to stop ignoring its signs.
