It’s time for another Camp! I completely hate the word Bootcamp now & the vibe will be very different from the old 1’s I used to run!
Starting Monday 5th January for 5 weeks until Saturday 7th February. Tuesday & Thursday evening sessions plus a Saturday morning (or afternoon) hike. Plus your regular home workout plan!
The cost is just £60 and if you already come to Pilates on a Tuesday this is included in the price.
So give yourself something different to focus on this coming January & the month will fly by 😊

A great Fitness Pilates class tonight at Washingborough - thank you for coming!!
I’m on a 4 day a week training program at the gym upper/lower x 2, but snuck in an extra visit tonight for a bootcamp style workout while their studio isn’t in use 🤩

What a lovely afternoon today 🤩 looking forward to the boys being back at school tomorrow, back to the early morning gym...
