This week in Talent Academy:

➡️ Over 50 attendees aged between 14-19 joined us to explore careers in Allied Health disciplines, trying hands-on demos and chatting with our brilliant ambassadors about what it’s really like to work in these roles.

Special thanks to LCHG colleagues from our Physio and Occupational Therapy teams who hosted aspiring events across 28th and 29th October.

Huge thanks to Lincoln College for allowing us to use their fantastic facilities to inspire the next generation 💪🏻💙

This week…
👩‍⚕️ The Care Where You Live Recruitment Day took place – fantastic work from the Talent Academy, Pilgrim clinical teams, Recruitment, and Reservists joining together for a successful day
🎒 Our Careers and Education team attended William Farr Church of England Comprehensive School for their post-16 morning
💙 The Care Certificate team received some lovely feedback - 'I have found this care certificate very interesting & reaffirmed my love for being a health care worker. It’s a reminder of the importance of trust values and ensuring they are adhered to at all times. I'm encouraged to attend further training to expand my knowledge & gain more skills so I'm able to consider different roles in the future within the NHS.'

Congratulations to Rob Tidy for winning the Improvement, Education and Research Award, and to our Reservists for their highly commended non-clinical Team of the Year Award.
